He spent high school through fifth grade in pahlavi and dehkhoda high school and sixth period in mirafzali high school. He was entered to study at undergraduate to Tehran university in 1953. Dr moshiri spent PHD of geography at the university of Freiburg in Germany. He was succeeded to obtating PHD in 1966. Dr moshiri worked as assistant professor of Geography in Freiburg university in Germany, then returned to iran and was assistant professor of Geography department of university of Tehran in 1967. He was associate in 1975. He achieved the rank of professor at Tehran University in 1993.
